Recently TREC began requiring all agents to attend a Code of Ethics course to improve the way realtors do business. This is the least any real estate office can expect from their agents. Trend Setter Realty expects more.

While you are interviewing us, we are evaluating you. You’ve heard the expression “one rotten apple can spoil the whole bushel.” This is very true in a real estate office. Unethical actions by an agent can result in law suits which means an increase in error and omissions insurance premiums for everyone in the office.

We expect our agents to act professionally and to remember that we are a team, striving to succeed in a competitive market. By being selective we can avoid the “bad apples” and keep our expenses low for all to benefit.

As long as our agents follow office procedures and perform their duties in a
professional manner, we can continue to provide services without an increase in cost to each agent. The broker is here to answer your questions, help guide you through difficult situations and support your efforts…not dictate your work habits. Your enthusiasm, drive, and financial success is up to you! We’re here to encourage you to reach your goals.

Our ultimate goal is to grow in the number of agents and in the number of convenient locations we can provide. This is also up to you, our agents. We appreciate your referral of other qualified agents to the office if you are satisfied with the program and services we provide. We will screen those referrals to be sure the integrity of Trend Setter Realty is maintained.
