The Trend Setter Realty commission plan is simple

0 Annual Fee

0 Transaction Fee

All you pay is your Error & Omissions Insurance coverage of $100 Residential Sale!

Commercial Sale/Lease Processing $250!

$50 Residential Lease Processing

An Annual agent sponsorship fee of $150 will be collected at the time an agent joins Trend Setter Realty and will be billed each July thereafter.  Payment may be made by personal check or credit card.

The Rest is Yours!

Since you already have MLS, SABOR, SUPRA, and TREC licensing expenses to pay, we do not want to be an additional burden. We feel you are entitled to the income your work generates. Through our association with vendors and other support companies, we are able to provide you services without charging typical fees. Just like new home builders, we encourage you to use our preferred vendors.
