We also know that today’s market is quite different than it was 5 to 8 years ago. More agents, more competition and evolving technology are changing the industry and the way realtors do business. At the same time, too many real estate offices are not keeping up…even the new ones who proclaim they offer a 100% Commission Plan. Is the agent really getting 100% if the agent has to pay monthly fees, annual fees, franchise fees, desk fees, transaction fees, international dues, etc.?
